You will have the Gulf Coasts largest music selection of 20,000+ songs  to choose from. From this weeks new releases (we receive all the latest songs before you can buy them once a week!) plus 90s, 80s, 70s, 60s, 50s to the 40's and you may browse our library before you book!

Want more specifics? Most DJ companies don't want to talk about specifics, music, and especially the sound gear they use. A DJ Connection Standard sound equipment includes new, cutting edge technology professional dual CD Players with pitch control and anti skip protection, The worlds finest professional microphones as used by your favorite artists... B-52 and JBL, Mackie Loudspeakers, speaker that will be the right size for your room, QSC and Crest Audio Digital power amplifiers, Full sized professional full featured audio mixers from Denon and Numark.

A word on speakers for large functions. We use very large, very powerful double 15" floor standing cabinets for large venues and when there are more than 150 people expected and for all dances.

We have heard recent many reports of "DJs" showing up with battery powered IPODS with dowloaded (stolen) music from the internet and battery powered CD players to play music. Be careful!

   There is a difference between the audio equipment you have at home and what A DJ Connection uses.  Professional audio is built to reproduce sounds at a higher volume with better clarity and more bass response. We spare no expense in owning the best equipment in the world.  Our systems are new and under warranty and when the warranty expires we sell it, for the ultimate in reliability.  If a component should fail, we have back up gear, as only the biggest and best DJ services will.  This equipment is extremely expensive, but the best in sound quality is what our customers keep coming back for.

   Our standard sound system includes, 3 Digital CD players, Numark  mixer, 2 x single 15" and 2" compression Horn Speakers from Community, B52, Mackie and even Turbosound, yea Turbosound! mounted nice and high on Ultimate support stands, or for larger rooms a pair of awesome JBL SR Series or B52 Double 15"s and a horn.  We use  QSC PLX3000 series which put out 3000 watts of stereo digital power.  This system is completely digital and is great coverage up and volume controlled.

   Optional, additional sound is available when needed for extra large functions 500+ guests, multiple rooms, multiple locations, outside occasions, and parties that need more power for that extra level of excitement. 

   We have done concert sound and lighting for Pensacola Springfest, Tim McGraw, Larry Stewart, Exile, Marcia Ball, Paula and the Pontiacs, The Drifters, Bill Wharton, Pensacola Seafood Festival, Sertoma's 4th of July, Pensacola Civic Center Red Ribbon rally, Santa Rosa Fair, Okaloosa Fair, Mobile Fair, First Night, Blue Angel Marathon, and more!

Lighting Equipment

With our optional lighting systems, your dance floor can look like the pictures displayed below! We offer a variety of levels of lighting.  

If your event is outdoors during the day or in a brightly lit room, paying for and using dance lighting is a waste because you won't see any of the lights.
